Today is a pretty easy day:
STRETCH
lightly job 1/2 a mile
Run 2 Miles
200 meters of Burpee Broad Jumps (as shown below)

1/2 mile light jog

Then breath! (:

Today I did more cardio.
I love running and have always believed that is a healthy exercise.
I learned how to correctly run. With new breathing techniques.
TIPS FOR RUNNING I LEARNED:
1. Have a straight back
2. Lean forward and put more weight on the top halves of my feet
3. Take longer strides
- I'm pretty short and find that no matter how fast i run, i never seem to get faster. So taking longer strides can help.
4. Breath in through your nose. (This helps lower heart rate.)
5. Give it everything you have,
STRETCH
1/2 mile light jog
2 mile run
100 meters of burpee broad jumps
1/2 mile light jog
