MP: A couple missed days

HELLO ALL (:
Don't you worry, I have been working my way through my Major project at full speed
I know it has been a while since I updated, but have you no fear, I'll catch you up, here is whats been missed:

1. I have been working out 3-4 times a week with each of my workouts that i have posted before. I been working on my cardio the most. I LOVE to run and that above all is most important to me.

2. I downloaded an amazing app called: MapMyRun. It is wonderful and super helpful in tracking your runs, walks, hikes and burned calories.

3. I now weigh 117, with WAY more muscle. I can squat up to 155 lbs. 10 squats 3 reps.

4. Now that you heard that here are some new workouts that I learned from Instagram and Google.

Then as a cool down I walked a mile and a half.

2. Account : squat_exercises; i did these in one day and repeated 2-3 times
