I have vowed to learn how to workout correctly and as an added bonus change my life and hopefully gain some mad muscles! (:
To help move this success along in the right direction for the remainder of the time for this project i will learn YOGA and BOXING

I'm going to do a challenge that I learned is very hard and somewhat complicated.

25 Squats every time i use the restroom and 6 hours of sleep every night
